What products and services can I buy through the e-shop and why should I buy through the e-shop?

In our e-shop we offer you the possibility to buy tickets in the form of vouchers
to the swimming pool. They are a suitable gift for your loved ones, friends and acquaintances.

  • Is it necessary to register via the e-shop?
    Registration in the shop is not necessary.
  • How can I pay for the tickets?
    You can pay by credit card via the GOPAY portal. Before purchasing, please check the daily limit in your internet banking.
  • Is it possible to send vouchers via email in the form of a voucher?
    Please choose an electronic voucher when making your purchase. The voucher will arrive in your email after the money has been credited to our account
  • How to pay for the order ?
    You can pay for your order via your credit card.
    Payment by bank card takes only a few minutes. Once the money is credited to our account, the system will generate a voucher for you.
  • What is the validity period of the vouchers ?
    Tickets are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • What is the activation period of the voucher?
    After purchasing the voucher, you can enter the swimming pool after 1 minute.

  • CAN TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH THE E-SHOP BE COMBINED WITH MULTI-DAY WRISTBANDS FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE GREAT MEDER AND WITH RECEIPTS FOR THE TOURIST TAX?
    NO, TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH THE E-SHOP CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH MULTI-DAY WRISTBANDS , NOR WITH RECEIPTS FOR THE TOURIST TAX NOR WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNTS !
    Tickets are valid for 1 entry per day to the swimming pool.

  • You have decided not to use the tickets and want to return them, how should you proceed?
    You can cancel your order within seven working days from the date of the service contract (i.e. from the date of confirmation of the order by the seller). In the event of cancellation, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer a handling fee of 10% of the price paid for the service(s).
    Only full, unused orders can be cancelled upon written request.

  • How to activate the voucher for entry to THERMAL CORVINUS.
    There is a self-service voucher redemption terminal in the THERMAL CORVINUS lobby by the information office - this way you gain entry without waiting at the ticket office. Vouchers can be activated at the terminal in printed form and also via mobile phone. The information office staff will be happy to help you activate your vouchers if necessary. In addition to the self-service terminal, vouchers can be activated at any cash desk.

  • What should we do in case of a complaint?
